### Refund Policy
**1. Quality Issues**
If you discover any quality issues with our products upon purchase, please capture a video and take pictures when you open the packaging. Contact us immediately and provide a brief description of the issue along with your evidence. We will process your return and refund request, and any associated costs will be covered by our company.
**2. Size Issues**
Before making a purchase, please contact us to consult about the sizes of clothing and other items, such as bed sheets and duvet covers. We will recommend the appropriate size to you as soon as possible.
**3. Customer Error**
If you purchase the wrong size or the size doesn't fit and you did not consult with us before buying, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer. We offer an exchange service, but some miscellaneous fees will be deducted.
**Return Process**
- Once you contact us and we verify that your reason falls within our acceptable return/exchange criteria, we will process your return/exchange request.
- We will send you a return address where you can ship the product that needs to be returned or exchanged.
- After our staff at the designated address receives and inspects the product:
- For exchanges: If the product is in perfect, new condition and does not affect secondary sales, we will proceed with the exchange. We will contact you for a new address to send the exchanged product.
- For returns: We will inspect the product to verify the quality issue you reported, matching it with the video and pictures you provided. If the verification is successful, we will initiate a refund within two business days after receiving the product, credited back to the original payment method.
**Important Note**
Please understand that since we sell bedding and intimate apparel such as pajamas, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on dislike or without a valid reason. We encourage you to consider carefully before making a purchase to avoid unnecessary inconvenience later.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means if you encounter a quality issue, the full return and refund process will be completed within 30 days after you receive the items.
